Mission Statement:

Matthew 28:19-20   19 Go ye therefore and teach all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.
 
The Mission is to spread the Gospel through the distribution of spiritual books, tracts and materials for Bible Study throughout the community and church body. We also supply services and engage willing persons to assist in personal Bible Studies. Finally, we work to relieve hardships and make known the love of Christ by allowing Him to reflect through our service to His people .  Daughter of Zion church members also provide meals to the homeless of  the community every other Sunday.   Your time and services are greatly welcomed in this effort.   Matthew 25:40 ...‘Assuredly, I say to you,  inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren,  you did it to Me.’  The primary focus of  Personal  Ministries is evangelism.   How are you involved in witnessing?   The people who come for meals are in greater need of the gospel.   Your opportunity to share God's Word and His love for each person is right now,  every other Sunday!   Should you have less time but the means to supply food or finances toward this work,  the Personal Ministries department welcomes any offering or donation of food you might make to this service.

Please feel free to refer any areas of need to the members of the Personal  Ministries. You may put your request or information in the announcement box outside the Church Office or use the convenient form on the  Prayer page (see link above). Your information will be kept confidential and be directed to the proper area for consideration.
 Tract and Literature Ministry



It is important in these last days to reach out to the world around us.  Remember, everyone with whom we come in contact is a possible candidate for the kingdom. Please look in the foyer at Daughter of Zion for materials that you may take to distribute or speak with Elder Roland Mark with regard to books and materials.  You may also use the convenient link to the bookstore to shop at your convenience.

All are invited to participate in the conference wide evangelistic effort entitled, "One K in One Day." This is a soul-winning initiative to lead 1,000 persons to Jesus Christ in one day and to baptize them as directed in God's Word.  For more information please visit www.secsda.org.
